A few things pool owners often ask.
Do you service pools in Buffalo, New York?
No. Harbourlight Pool Care currently serves Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara Falls in Ontario. We do not currently provide service in Buffalo or elsewhere in the United States.
Do I need to be home for weekly pool service?
Usually not. If our technician can safely access the pool and equipment area, you do not normally need to be home for a scheduled maintenance visit.
Are pool chemicals included with weekly service?
Standard balancing chemicals are included up to the amount specified in your service plan. Specialty treatments or unusually large chemical requirements may be billed separately.
Do you repair pool heaters?
We troubleshoot common heater problems and can identify whether a specialist or replacement component is needed. Major gas or electrical repairs are referred to appropriately licensed trades.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Routine appointments are typically scheduled within three to five business days. Availability may be longer during spring opening and fall closing season.
